We provide exchanges for silver jewellery only if there is a manufacturing fault, such as a missing stone or a damaged product. If you encounter a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will replace your silver product with the same design, free from any faults within ten days.

We offer refunds only for diamond jewellery. You have the option to return it and receive a 70% refund of the original price within the initial year. After one year, diamond jewellery can still be returned with a 100% refund. Rest assured, we will ensure that the price charged is the same as the date of purchase.

However, please keep in mind that any exchanges or refunds require the original receipt.

Upon placing an online order, you will promptly receive confirmation from us within 24 hours, either through a phone call or email, which will include your unique order number.

The delivery charges will be paid by the customer depending on the recipient’s location and the weight of the article.

  • Polish frequently with a soft cloth to maintain the original, lustrous finish.
  • Please remove the jewellery before washing your hands, showering, swimming, or applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps, and lotions.

After Sale Service

We provide after-sales service for our products, including services like replating or replacing missing crystals or zircons, to restore the original appearance to the best extent possible. Charges for specific repairs may vary, and for after-sales service, we kindly request you to contact us.
