  1. Prices are subject to change without notice as per the change in the price of stones, gold, silver, and diamond.
  2. Any unauthorized copy, distribution, or display of any of our items for any commercial purpose will lead to strict action by the company.
  3. Customers must provide full, accurate, and honest information while placing the order online.
  4. All orders placed through our website shall be placed only upon 100% advance payment.
  5. All credit card payments must be authorized online.
  6. A bank surcharge of 2.5% will be applied when using a debit/credit card for payment.
  7. Custom duties and other levies in any foreign country shall be the responsibility of the customer.
  8. The prices mentioned do not cover duties for any country.
  9. Customers must provide up to 3-5 weeks to process and deliver orders.
  10. Our valued customers must keep in mind the negligible difference in colour, brilliance, and weight of our items as they appear on the website. However, orders placed in person shall comply 100 % with the design selected by the customer.
  11. Most of our items are customized, hence refund will not be given. However, any exchange on silver jewellery will be entertained within ten days from the date of purchase. Within the initial year of purchase, diamond jewellery can be returned with a deduction of 30% from the total cost. However, after the first year, a full 100% refund is provided for diamond jewellery returns. Gems will ensure that the same price is charged as on the date of purchase.
  12. Any exchange will not be entertained without the original receipt.
  13. Gems reserves the right to limit the quantities of our products or services. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at short notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product quoted on this site will become null and void in regions where it may be prohibited.
